This project showcases MBD Construction's expertise in creating premium, durable outdoor living spaces that function as natural extensions of the home. We constructed an expansive, covered rear roof structure engineered to withstand the elements. The entire build rests on a rock-solid helical pile foundation system, guaranteeing zero settling over time.
To achieve the wide, open spans requested by the client, our team integrated custom structural steel frame components into the wood framing. The ceiling was then meticulously finished with a high-end, composite Versatex material, offering a clean, maintenance-free aesthetic. It is a prime example of our multi-trade capabilities and dedication to architectural precision.
