This extensive, top-to-bottom home renovation highlights MBD Construction’s mastery of complex architectural modifications and seamless spatial flow. The project began with the demolition of a failing detached garage to clear the path for a substantial structural addition. We engineered a full basement foundation below this new wing, creating valuable square footage from the ground up.

Above, the addition beautifully integrates a highly functional mudroom, powder room, laundry room, and an attached garage into the main home. Our team completely reconfigured the original layout into a modern, open-concept living area, capped off with a premium kitchen installation. Every phase required precise structural work and rigorous trade coordination to ensure a flawless finish.
